Everything was good Place was wonderful and food was really delicious activities was great rooms were clean and i want to really told you about ( kadria ) she is coming to clean the room and she was very nice helpful and so kind.

He had a nice stay!I don’t think we can say that this hotel is a 5 star - it is a very good 4 star though. This hotel really does manage high volume hospitality (and does a great job at it) but you can’t expect the attention to detail that you’d find in a 5 star there.The clientele is mainly russian speaking, so the staff speaks little English and all activities are in russian.For food, the all inclusive privilege only applies to the buffet, if you want to eat at one of their other restaurants, you will need to pay an extra charge.

We would have appreciated the extra mile when having our room cleaned.

1) customer service is non- existing. The concept of taking care of clients and their needs is dead in this hotel. It's a business that is in free fall 2) food including LA carte restaurant reminded me of the school dormitory. The fod was not tasty. Options were plenty, however, with no flavor3) the room is dark. The bed was hard. The pillows were thin...I named them thin crust pizza slices.4) the atmosphere was unpleasant. Dark hallways, no air-conditioned in most areas5) Many Wifi dead zones and poor connections when there was wifi 6) cafes and bar waiters won't attend to you when you get seated 7) employees moral was very low as they need showed interest in their customers. They were sluggish and never never smiled 8) I didn't like that fact it was rated as 5 start hotels where in fact it does not meet these criteria

Excellent facilities, nice swimming pools, huge buffet, friendly staff

Most members of staff were not speaking English (even simple words like “straw”, “fork”, or “cutlery”). Nevertheless, they were very friendly and polite. Grilled meat and fish was great in the buffet but the rest was a bit bland. Hotel mini market was overpriced.

The resort was amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful. There were so many restaurants to choose from and the food was delicious every day. We had young children with us and there was plenty to do from parks to swimming pools to kids activities there was something for everyone. We loved every moment and would definitely go back. I also loved the tea

The fact that the shopping centre in the resort was charging silly money for absolutely everything nearly 200% markup on everything

There were plenty of staff and they were very helpful (or tried to be if they didn't understand English). The property seemed well maintained and all the areas were kept very clean. Lots of fun activities especially for children (multiple pools with waterslides, kids club etc). Starbucks at the hotel was a nice addition, even though it did get very busy at certain times.

Even with a wide variety the buffet food starts to get repetitive. There was only one tennis court and it can get difficult to get a slot if there are more people interested in playing. If you play actively, I suggest that you also bring your own gear.

The family friendly ammenities and set up were perfect! Our kids particularly loved being able to go back and forth between kids club and the waterslides which were steps away. A special thank you to Melisa who welcomed our children and made them excited to go back each day. The club had all day activities from crafts, football, cinema, yoga, dancing, you name it. To make it even better, a kids snack bar was right in the middle. As parents we felt like we also had some quiet time to enjoy some unlimitted starbucks, have a drink or just read while the kids were in kids club. The food was also very fresh, varied and had a feeling like it was made by Grandma in the kitchen.

I do wish supper was offered earlier then 630 pm for families with young children and earlier lunch option for 1130!

I think the overall experience was excellent – the staff, the food, the beach, and the hotel itself. The spacious grounds are a definite advantage, especially in the evening when you can explore various bars, lounges, and enjoy different activities. The weather was also pleasant! (September 2023)

I have a feeling that it was a bit overpriced. Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide airport transfers, which is a drawback. The à la carte restaurant was so-so, and I didn't like the main dish.My recommendation is to try different restaurants. The restaurants in the main building and the deluxe building offer different experiences, and sometimes one is better than the other.

I must acknowledge that the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff ensured that the premises were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

Many cats.Elevators always busy.Staff does not understand or barely understand English.Cleaning rooms should improve.

Big variety of food and drinks, polite staff.

Cold every where, at indoor pool, at restorans, at room (the staff brought in an oil cooler for us).Continuous renovation after the start of a season, the playground was painted in front of the children.Noise, in the lobby where the room doors are facing, a drunken company sits until 3:30AM and then stay there sleeping on sofas.Most of the personal speaks Russian but not English.

The staff were super friendly. It was clean. The food was good and it was a beautiful place.

It did not feel like I am travelling in Turkey it mostly feels like I travel to Russia. Everything we're designed for Russians, not any other nationalities. Music, shows, concerts, entertainment, everything was in Russian. Also, there was a lot of fake advertisement. On Booking.com the hotel listed the items that are included and items that require an additional charge. However, the list was not accurate and there was a lot of wrong information.

Great hotel, great facilities, adults and kids had a great time.The hotel is big and there are many activities, pools etc... so even when the hotel was fully booked (during our stay), we didn't feel that it was over crowded, we even found ourselves alone in the indoor pool, and in addition there is no queue for the slides, so this is great for the kids (the kid was sliding the hall day!).Not sure about the location we never left the hotel, so the location was not an issue for me anyway.On the very positive side:The hotel in general, pools, slides, activities and entertainment (kids and adults), bars, kids club, rooms and service - top level service starting from reception and everywhere you go.Special thanks to Ali from the main building bar, really nice person and makes great cocktails, in addition he is a great example for the top level service in this hotel.

There is not much on the negative side, but for me personally the food in the main restaurant was not that great, I mean the variety is crazy, there is meat, fish, pasta, salads soups and many more, but I can say that for my personal taste only like 20% was good, which by the way is more then enough in this case, I was never hungry.Few examples:The meat and the fish were always dry, I guess some people might like it that way but for me it's just too dry.The deserts were tasteless in most cases, again the variety is crazy, so you need to find the good 1-2 out of the 100 options.There was a sushi theme one evening which is great, problem is the sushi was really bad, the quality was really low.Another point is cleaning, the room was clean in general but you can see that the maid only cleaned the floor in the visible parts. I think that it's vital to clean also the non visible parts of the room like under the bed or around it at least from time to time.

The place is well maintained and has plenty of facilities and activities (in-water and ground) to offer for both adults and kids. Staff is super-friendly and service-oriented, speask mostly Russian, less English. Huge choice of food, you'll find dishes to your taste, but it doesn't vary much day-to-day.

The bed is uncomfortable, mattress covered by non-breathable protective sheet. Loud music in the evening (unless you close the windows). Not easy to find shade near the pools. Nothing interesting to visit outside of the hotel. The sea water is not so clear and not so pleasant.

The location, the overall quality of service, the food, the beach pavilions and their incredible staff service, the sea, the multiple options available to have fun during the night (club, bars, pier, etc.)

The room can be slightly noisy at times when other customers come back late or when their children make noise. But overall, we slept like babies thanks to the incredibly comfortable king-size bed

Excellent hotel, very beautiful and well maintained, responsive and smiling staff who are ready to help on any issue. During the day there are various entertainments and in the evening every day there are exciting shows on the big stage. Huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Water slides brought great pleasure to both children and adults.

The food was exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming facilities are for all tastes and abilities. It was nice to watch how people working at the hotel take pride in what they do. The Turkish day at the restaurant for dinner was a delight! Thank you.

Saw a member of staff telling children to go away from the bar at the pool because they were speaking Russian. First of all, they are children. Secondly, that situation was in sharp contrast to what the whole of the hotel is trying to achieve - friendliness, hospitality and lovely time for ALL. That was the only thing that marred the stay.

i highly recommend the resort for families, everything is very well equipped, the entertainment team are very friendly, the kids club is very good, the spa experience was excellent, the food eas very well varied everyday there are new items and most importantly it is very considerate for specail needs and for parents with strollers
